Data Deletion Instructions

edencrmcomplies with Meta's data privacy requirements. To remove the App and request deletion of synced conversation history on our CRM, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to the personal Facebook account or Business Manager linked to your Fanpage.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
3. In the left menu, select Apps and Websites.
4. Find edencrm in the list.
5. Click Remove next to the App.
6. Facebook will send a Data Deletion Request to our CRM servers. Our system will automatically process and delete data related to your Page within 24 to 72 hours.

If you want to delete data immediately without waiting:

1. Send an email from your admin email to: dentopapp@gmail.com
2. Subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request - [Your Fanpage Name]
3. Include in the body: your Fanpage name and Fanpage ID to delete.

Our technical team will verify ownership and permanently delete all messages and stored customer profile data on the CRM. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code when deletion is complete.
