Terms of Service – edencrm CRM (Facebook Messenger)

By connecting to and using edencrm("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

The App is provided to help you manage messages and customer interactions on your Facebook Fanpage through the CRM system.

You must be an Administrator or a person with legal authority over the Facebook Page you connect.

• You are fully responsible for message content sent from the CRM to your customers.
• You agree not to use the App to send spam, fraudulent content, unlawful material, or content that violates Meta's Messenger Platform Policy.
• You are responsible for securing your CRM login credentials.

• We provide the App based on integration with third-party APIs (Meta/Facebook). We are not responsible for service interruptions due to Facebook system errors or sudden API policy changes.
• We are not liable for any indirect business damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if we detect violations of these Terms or behavior that harms the system.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
