Welcome to edencrm ("the App"), a CRM solution developed by Smart Health Technology Company. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you connect the App to Facebook Messenger.

When you authorize the App to connect to your Facebook Page (Fanpage), we collect the following information through the Facebook API:

• Public profile information of users who message you (name, profile picture, Page-scoped user ID — PSID).
• Message content, images, links, or attachments sent to your Fanpage.
• Basic information about your Facebook Page (Page name, Page ID, Page access token).

We use collected data only for the following purposes:

• Sync and display Facebook Messenger messages in the CRM for your management.
• Help you reply and send customer care messages directly from the CRM.
• Store conversation history for your business's own customer management purposes.

We never sell, share, or use this data for third-party advertising purposes.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers. We apply strict technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure of data.

You have full control over your data. You may remove the App from your Facebook Page at any time or request deletion of all stored chat history on our CRM by following the instructions at Data Deletion Instructions.
